1. General Policy At Stanley’s Deep Sea Fishing, we strive to offer our customers an exceptional experience. If you need to cancel a booking for any reason, the following refund policy applies:

  • Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
  • To cancel, please contact us at info@stanleysdeepseafishing.com or through our website’s booking management system.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days (you might want to specify the number of days based on your payment processing system).

3. Bad Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

  • In case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances that result in the cancellation of a tour by Stanley’s Deep Sea Fishing, customers will be offered a rescheduled tour or a full refund.
  • We monitor weather conditions closely and will inform customers of any cancellations as soon as possible.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a customer fails to arrive for their scheduled tour (‘no-show’), no refund will be issued.

5. Late Arrivals

  • We advise arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may be considered a ‘no-show’.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed promptly upon confirmation of the cancellation.
  • Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
